BUILDING maintenance
RCH contracts offers commercial buildings maintenance and repair service. We work closely with property and operations managers to ensure efficient completion of work.
Once we are on site, you can have peace of mind that your commercial premises or office will always be tidy, as we ensure a pleasant and safe place for employees and customers.
Our services include but are not limited to brickwork, concreting, plastering, tiling, carpentry, painting, and asbestos removal. We undertake planned and reactive maintenance.
We have a strict OHS policy. All our staff undergo regular training and safety guideline reviews. Our team have senior First Aid certificates, are WA licensed asbestos removalists, and have elevated-work-platform tickets for working at heights.
Being a registered building company, RCH contracts will undertake local government work.
We currently undertake roofing and building maintenance works for the City of Rockingham. In more recent times, RCH contracts has been trusted to undertake larger building projects and renovation of existing city assets. These projects for the City of Rockingham were completed on-time and on-budget.
